SpringOne is designed with multiple layers of access control and security protections.
Role-based access
Access is organized by role, such as Admin / Owner and Staff.
Permission-based access
Individual modules are enabled per staff member by an admin.
Secure authentication
Staff sign in with credentials issued by the clinic.
Session control
Sessions can be managed and revoked when needed.
Protected patient information
Patient data is only visible to authorized staff.
Audit logging
Important actions are recorded to support accountability.
Restricted sharing
Sharing of sensitive information is limited by design.
Screenshot protection
Screen capture is restricted where the device supports it.
Secure document handling
Documents and images are stored with access controls.
Minimum necessary access
Staff get only the data required for their work.
