1. Acceptance

By using SpringOne you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

SpringOne is available only to individuals authorized by Spring Clinic.

3. Authorized Use

Use SpringOne only for legitimate clinic work and within the permissions assigned to you.

4. Staff Accounts

Accounts are created and managed by the clinic administrator. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

5. Account Security

Keep your credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No attempts to bypass access controls
  • No copying, exporting or sharing data outside approved workflows
  • No misuse, interference or unlawful activity

7. Confidential Information

All information in SpringOne is confidential and must be handled according to clinic policy.

8. Patient Information Handling

Access patient information only when needed for your role, following applicable healthcare confidentiality obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

SpringOne, its design and content belong to Spring Clinic or its licensors.

10. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services that have their own terms.

11. Availability

We aim to keep SpringOne available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Changes to Service

Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

13. Suspension / Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, policy violations or when employment ends.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spring Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of SpringOne.

15. Governing Law
